Over the last two years Redpoint has hosted a series of Office Hours in our San Francisco office aimed at digging in and unpacking key operational areas for SaaS businesses. Now the world has changed and it’s an opportunity to change our format and reach more people through virtual events. Earlier this summer my colleague Tomasz Tunguz hosted marketing guru Hollie Wegman to discuss the nuances of marketing to technical audiences (recap here). A few weeks ago my colleague Astasia Myers hosted Adam FitzGerald from Hashicorp to chat about the growing importance of building out Developer Relations functions (recap here). It’s my pleasure to host the 3rd iteration of our virtual office hours to dig in on all things customer success!
On Wednesday, August 26th at 9 AM PT, Redpoint Office Hours will welcome Tyler McNally, the VP of Customer Experience at Gainsight. Customer Success is a vital function many businesses wait too long to develop. We’re hoping this session will arm companies with the knowledge to build out world class customer success organizations.
During the presentation, we will cover Customer Success trends and how they impact early stage B2B SaaS companies, share our point of view on how early-stage Customer Success drives growth, and provide a “game plan” that focuses on the key things to get right from the get-go.
This Office Hours will be a virtual event. We will collect questions from participants beforehand and try to cover them throughout the discussion. We’ll also answer questions from the audience at the end.
